Birdwink holds your leads, conversations and sales data. This page explains plainly how that data is protected and who can see it.

Connected accounts

Meta, Google and WhatsApp connect through their official sign-in. Birdwink never stores the passwords for those accounts, and you can revoke access at any time.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest.

Access in your team

Each person has their own login. Admins decide who can see and edit leads, conversations and reports.

Hosting

Birdwink runs on AWS.

Your data, your choice

Export your data at any time. Ask us to delete your workspace and we will delete its data.

What Birdwink is not for

Birdwink stores commercial data: contacts, messages and deals. Please don’t use it for medical records or payment card data.
